Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the reservation of recording facilities and creative production services provided by pyxmomto at 420 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M5V 1L7, Canada.

1. Session Bookings & Confirmation

Studio bookings are confirmed once slot availability has been verified and a written confirmation has been issued. Session time begins promptly at the scheduled reservation hour. We encourage arriving 10 minutes prior for guest setup.

2. Pricing & Currency

Our standard studio rates are quoted starting at 190 EUR per 60-minute recording session. Invoices for Canadian clients can be billed in equivalent Canadian Dollars (CAD) based on the exchange rate applicable at invoice issuance. All applicable HST will be detailed where legally required.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand production schedules shift. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the booked session incur zero penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% studio reservation charge.

4. Intellectual Property

The client retains 100% full ownership of all intellectual property, conversations, trademarks, audio recordings, and video footage captured during their session. pyxmomto claims zero copyright or licensing interest in your content.

5. Studio Conduct & Equipment

Clients and their guests agree to treat studio facilities and precision broadcast microphones with care. Studio equipment is operated under the supervision of our assigned sound engineer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
