We collect only the information necessary to facilitate studio reservations, technical project scoping, and communication:

  • Contact Information: Full name, email address, telephone number, and business or podcast name provided during inquiry.
  • Booking Specifications: Date and time preferences, guest counts, requested equipment, and production notes.
  • Recorded Media Assets: Uncompressed audio multitracks, video footage, and project files captured during booked studio sessions.

2. Cookies and Google Ads Measurement

Our website uses Google Tag (gtag.js) with Google Consent Mode v2. When you load our site, marketing, and personalization cookies are set to denied by default.

3. Confidentiality of Client Media

We treat all client audio and video recordings as strictly confidential. Studio staff will never share, publish, monetize, or disclose your recorded media without prior written consent. Raw session files are stored on isolated local drives and transferred via encrypted cloud connections.

4. Data Retention

Raw audio and video files recorded at our studio are retained for thirty (30) days following session completion to permit client backup and re-download. After this period, files are securely purged unless an active ongoing archival agreement is in place.
